Casitas Creative Space
Atwater Village, California

In an area south of the Glendale Metro Link Station is the Casitas Creative Space.  This is an adaptive reuse project occurring in an old meat packing factory.   A variety of tenants occupy this building; a costume designer, a theater group, an animation company, an architecture firm (Kluger Architects, Inc. Los Angeles), a medical billing company, a florist, a sculptor, and dance company.  The complex houses an overwhelming amount of creative energy, and that is being expressed on the proposed exterior rendering.
