Kluger Architects Inc. is proud to present the new Crown City Office Building, in Pasadena, California. The 5,700 square ft. Medical Office Building will eventually be rented to medical/office tenants. The building can be separated into a maximum of 4 office units, each built to suit medical accomodations. The building is the final addition to the Crown City Medical Campus at the base of the San Gabriel Mountains.

The Crown City Office Building includes a palette of materials that operates within the traditions of the Pasadena area. The interior is warmed by natural light while the exterior is adorned with warm materials and features such as cultured stone, copper roof, trellis with vines and a mixture of colors which compliment the natural surroundings of the Eaton Canyon Reserve.
