Located in Rancho Santa Margarita, California, this 126,000 square foot, $2.1 million project consists of a complete exterior renovation and major interior tenant improvements including an 11,000 square foot second floor addition. The design challenge was to provide a transformation of a large, predominately industrial building into a state-of-the-art production facility and new corporate headquarters. The entry tower element and deep terra cotta color balances and provides a focal point to the lengthy facade.
