Kluger Architects, Inc. was selected by the City of Long Beach to design the renovation of an existing retail shopping area along Atlantic Ave., in the heart of Bixby Knolls.

The project consisted of the renovation to the existing street façade along Atlantic Ave. Existing buildings were updated with a timeless façade treatment consistent with the character of the Bixby Knolls area. Updating the façade enlivened Atlantic Boulevard and beautified the area, for pedestrian and car traffic alike.
