Kluger Architects, Inc. designed the renovation of the existing office buildings at 4335 and 4343 Atlantic Avenue. The project is part of the Long Beach City Redevelopment Agency, Facade Improvement Program for the heart of Bixby Knolls.

The project consists of the renovation to the existing street façade along Atlantic Ave. The existing buildings receive a new, updated, and timeless façade treatment consistent with the character of the Bixby Knolls area. Revamping the façades enlivens Atlantic Avenue, beautifies the area for pedestrians, and allows vehicular traffic to pass by unique buildings.
