This 7000 S.F. retail pad building located at the Hemet Valley Mall provides locations for up to four tenants. All spaces are currently leased to nationally-recognized companies. This building features amenities such as shaded seating for tenants and customers and a jasmine-covered trellis facing the street.

The site was previously occupied by a bank building, and Kluger Architects worked hard to salvage and reuse a considerable number of items from the building, including the clay roof tiles, which have been re-used on the pyramid roofs of the building.
