Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish
Oxnard, California

The completed Master Plan created for this Parish is just the first step in an extensive multi-phased expansion of the worship, education and meeting facilities of this religious community. Once a thriving agricultural community, this area of Oxnard, California is now diverse in its growing population and multi-cultural ethnicities. The new facilities planned will reflect this diversity in the designs and planning.

This first phase includes the design for a new Parish Church and associated site and parking. A new elementary school housing grades Kindergarten thru 8th Grade is also planned in this phase.

Future plans call for a new Parish Center, while long range plans allow for the addition of rectory. All of these facilities have been Master Planned by Kluger Architects allowing for current conditions, yet planning for future growth well into the Twenty-first Century.

A Re-zoning and General Plan Amendment will be required to complete the Master Plan. Kluger Architects is pleased to process this requirement as part of our entitlement services.
