Positioned on the site in the North – South direction as the hallmark to the campus this new approx. 30,000sf main sanctuary will be one of the largest and most unique Catholic Churches in San Diego. The Church design is positioned and integrated into the existing sloping grades which allows the main 14 foot wood sculpted front doors to face the main expansive piazza and a large infused glass illuminated reredos located behind the Altar to face both the congregation from the inside and the city of Escondido from the exterior.

Tulare Regional Medical Center

​Kluger Architects is designing new school buildings for Our Lady of Guadalupe. The building will be used for TK, K, 1st Grade, library, and science. 

This new 111,000 SF addition to the existing hospital tower will house up to 105 patient beds and will connect to TRMC: Tower 1 through a common atrium of approximately 8,000 SF. Floors one through four will be fitted out at a later date, but will be approximately 19,400 SF each, with clinical space in addition to patient rooms. The basement's level will be approximately 25,000 SF with three loading docks, engineering, laboratory and material management functions along with trash delivery systems. The new Tower 2 and atrium will work architecturally and functionally in harmony with the tower currently under construction.

Renovation of the Main Laboratory for the hospital, a multi-phased project for the replacement, relocation and upgrades of Laboratory Systems and Equipment servicing the Blood Bank, Hematology / Coagulation and Chemistry Departments in an active laboratory.

Kluger Architects is working closely with the Millennium Biltmore Hotel to upgrade restrooms in order to be compliant with Disabled Access requirements.

Kluger Architects is currently in the schematic master planning phase for the renovation and enhancement of St. Rita's Catholic Parish located in Sierra Madre. Our goal is to review existing conditions of site and program to provide a preliminary layout based upon the needs that were assessed during our investigation.

This project consists of re-developing a potential brewery from an existing brick building into refurbished commercial building that could possibly include a Retail or Food venue. Kluger Architects did the research and created a preliminary designs for the layout of the building for potential clients.

Anaheim Hills Festival

Kluger Architects and P2S Engineering have been hired by Marina Del Rey Hospital to provide Design, Working Drawings for OSHPD Permitting and Construction Administration to upgrade their Operating Room HVAC system for OR’s 1-4.

St. Rita of Cascia

Kluger Architects along with Janis Kent, FAIA, CASp/Stepping Thru Accessibility are working with the Bowers Museum in Santa Ana to make their courtyard ADA compliant. We will be performing a building survey, drawing the construction documents, processing all the necessary permits and ultimately observing the construction. 

This new PAD building in Anaheim Hills is part of a larger shopping center with several mega anchor buildings of national tenancy.

Centinela  Hospital has commissioned Kluger Architects for the renovation of the Obstetrical Unit.  We were asked to convert the existing 8th floor - East wing into Triage, LDRPs, Postpartum Rooms, a Cesarean OR and Support Spaces.
