Job Captain
Reports to
Project Manager
Responsibilities
-
Responsible for
coordinating and leading the production team on projects in developing the
construction documents & assisting the Project Manager with project
administration from schematic design through construction administration.
-
Initiates and
develops technical level design concepts and details.
-
Assists the Project
Manager in the coordination of consultant work and specifications.
-
Ensures compliance to
applicable codes and ADA requirements
-
Coordinate with
multiple team members, consultants and other disciplines for project
support.
-
Reviews project
construction status with the project manager, including review of RFI’s,
shop drawings, etc.
Education
-
3-5 years with a
minimum Bachelor in Architecture or equivalent

knowledge a plus)
