Kluger Architects is working on an 18,932 sq.ft. Commercial / Food Hall remodeling project in Glendora, California called the Glendora Public Market.

Glendora, the “Pride of the Foothills”, is nestled in the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains in California. This small and vibrant community in the San Gabriel Valley has been experiencing growth and change throughout the years, especially with the extension of the Gold Line extension into Montclair which will run along the Historic Route 66.

On the corner of Sunflower Avenue and Arrow Highway (905 E. Arrow Highway, Glendora, CA) there is an existing Wonder Bread building that has remained vacant for some time.

This old brick building was slatted for demotion until the developer saw this building and had an idea to develop it into a food colony. The developer is doing minor interior demolition and making sure that it keeps its integral character.

The renovated building will have multiple food tenants such as Smog City Brewing and Belly Bombz, while also incorporating local vendors such as Taco Man and Mini Kabob.
