Kluger Architects

Kluger Architects, Inc. moved into its new location in Signal Hill, California (“The City That Could”) in February 2006. We have established ourselves as a strong supporter of city functions and our owner, Charles E. Kluger, now proudly sits on the Board of the Signal Hill Chamber of Commerce.

Although the building was originally built as a typical tilt-up warehouse, we redesigned it with a vibrant display of color and a coordinated floor plan, mindful of being eco-friendly.

To save energy during the summertime, Edison has installed auto-shut-off energy boxes that turn off our air conditioners during periods, which require minimal use. By adding skylights and solar tubes, lighting is maintained while still preserving energy. Also, we took steps to reduce our water consumption, and help out with the water shortage, by adjusting the amount and type of foliage used in our landscaping while still creating a visual impact. We took great pride in designing and building, this true designer’s workspace.
