The new two-story veterinary clinic is the result of the owner’s request for Kluger Architects to work within the craftsman style of architecture, which is prevalent in the area, yet provide all of the features of a modern, full-service veterinary clinic. The challenges of adapting a traditionally residential style of architecture to a medical application were met with a creative, compact design. The use of warm colors and materials on both the interior and exterior, in combination with the large window area in the entry space resulted in a building that is inviting and comfortable for both clients and patients.
